“Good website. Easy to follow. Nice options of width and depth sizes (kitchenettes). Good follow through and communication, once order was made. It would be nice to have a flat pack option available as the freight is rather expensive (to Turangi). Other than this, all good.👍”

“This is our third time using cabjaks for our own wardrobes - we don’t intend to move again but if we do we will definitely be back! The products are great for the price and the team have always answered queries or sorted issues with no problems.”

“The order process was great and the service was great. The delivery driver noticed the cabinet was damaged before delivering it but it was returned to the factory and then redelivered the same day. The handles were missing but that was sorted and they were couriered out very quickly, thank you. My only query is that the draw gaps don't line up so it looks a bit average. Not sure if I,m expecting too much and this is usual or if it is a result of the earlier damage. Photos attached.”

“Absolutely a wonderful company to deal with! Excellent customer service and support! I was under a very tight time limit, and put myself under pressure to measure and order my benchtop.. Nikita was super helpful when I came to the office to order it. Unfortunately I had measured one side incorrectly and it was too short! They very quickly remedied the situation within the next 24hrs, thank you to Nikita(again) Georgia, Jo and the rest of the staff who all rallied around to make this a very a positive experience for me, a first time DIYer. It was like .. nothing was too difficult for them ! Highly recommend Cabjaks!”

“Thank you for correcting the first problem of poorly constructed cupboards. When I looked at the 2nd lot of cupboards delivered to us, I was surprised that there was another defect. The right-hand side cupboard did not have holes drilled for the handle (see attached photo). I really think there should be an improvement with your manufacturing quality and completion check processes!! I am hoping the second order we placed of a single cupboard/shelf unit has been quality checked before it gets delivered to us and we do not have a repeat experience.”

“I prefer dealing with a person in store but had to order online. Product is very sturdy and feels good quality. Had to return to pick up soft close pieces as they had been left off. Happy with final product and will be ordering our remaining kitchenette piece soon.”

“Great customer service. Wardrobes were available for pickup on time and the crew quickly helped me load the flat pack into the trailer. The wardrobes were easy to assemble and look great. The order contained all the necessary parts. The design function is really helpful to design the perfect wardrobe for the space. The drawer towers are a bit flimsy but work fine once attached to the wall. We added a few extra L brackets for additional support. Overall really happy with the product and the price.”

“This is the second time we have used Cabjaks and once again they have outdone themselves! Their products are very well made and durable, lead time was excellent even though we ordered for five large wardrobes and communication was great.
