“Purchasing boots for my daughter was so straight forward and easy. I really liked that just after ordering I received a really warm, genuine email inviting me to get in touch should I need to. This was really reassuring, especially as I thought there may be a chance I'd need to change the size. Having a direct email and contact name made me feel that it would be easy to sort out if that happened. The boots arrived exactly when the notification message said they would, they're great quality and fitted well so no need to exchange. Overall an easy, stress free purchase with a very competent company.”
