“Still waiting for my order to be completed when the item i am short of is being sold on your online store. Either you are not honouring or very late with my order or you are selling stock you do not have, either way im not happy.”

“recieved items the next day but no invoice,spoke to someone in customer care who was very pleasant and said she would e-mail invoice over to me but as yet still waiting”

“The leather army boots I ordered from Cadets kit shop UK are perfect. Ideal for all field trips and drill, very durable. Plus being all leather makes it easier to boot polish. Delivery was very efficient and packaged well. My son rates them as comfy and are good value for money.”

“First pair of boots arrived so quickly, the delivery is very speedy! They had a slight fault but the returns process was smooth with no quibbles & a full refund was issued promptly. 2nd pair arrived in no time too, I've ordered the wrong size this time but again, the return process is quick & easy...just drop it off at your nearest depot & away it goes. 3rd time lucky!”
