“I emailed Tamara with regards to my order, as I wanted it for the June Bank Holiday, and I had it delivered on the Thursday, the BBQ is amazing and just the right size for the motorhome. I will definitely order from calor gas again, super BBQ, Tamara was very polite in her email. All in all 100 percent satisfied.”

“Good website easy to use, however item did not arrive on day website stated if you order within the next...... Hrs/mins it will be delivered on day..... It arrived a day later than stated.”

“It proved impossible to assemble the unit as the space was not sufficient for the connection to the hose. Calor agreed to a refund and to have the unit collected on Tues last. This is Friday and IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED. Need I say more.”

We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your Patio Heater due to a manufacturing defect and that there was a delay in having it collected. “I bought the small camping bbq, its really good. It's a pity the regulator and gas pipe are not sold all together, as I choose the wrong regulator, we had to go to the nearest camping shop to try get the right size one, so that's just extra money and time wasted. But we used it on the beach yesterday and it was absolutely perfect, I would recommend this product but maybe change the website to have the exact regulator linked to the product, that would be helpful to new customers.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. Your BBQ is not supplied with a regulator, as it can be used on any type of LPG gas cylinder. The regulator will be specific to the cylinder you have or can purchase. For advice on what may be required before purchasing, we recommend contacting our customer service team.
