“I was dissapointed to discover that the regulator is not suitable for indoor use. This was not stated on the site pre purchase that I could find. Yet the documentation coming with the regulator states it is not suibable for indoor use.”

“My first order arrived within 2 days unfortunately when unpacked it was broken, I rang customer services and spoke to Alan, he was so helpful and he arranged for a replacement heater and the broken one to be swapped on the same day, 👍all good”

“Quick delivery but the ignition button doesn’t work didn’t bother to send back as to much of a carry on so just use a long lighter to start”

“Good heater and looks very stylish. Would highly recommend. Very strong smokey smell given off when first used but stopped after 10mins. Might be a good idea to mention this in the instructions just to avoid concern that something is wrong.”

Page 13 in the instruction manual for the heater does state: When the stove is ignited for the first time, it generates a little smoke. This will not happen again. We appreciate your support.

“I received a good sold product, it is an object of sensitive approach giving its minor functions which I am hoping I will be bettering my self with. Going back to a bigger device I received some time back with 3 ring sizes, I would like to have a suitable valve nib which snapped due I have felt snapped when trying to desert a calor gas 8mm orange hose, which did easily connect fittingly so to use the cup link nut and treading of the rubber gas line”
