“Had a problem with the gas heater supplied. Would not light . Calor gave me the contact number for the local representative who never returned my calls. I also contacted Hamiltons who promptly organised collection of faulty heater.and repaired same. Service from Calor extremely poor. Service from Hamiltons very good.”

We can see a member of our customer service team booked the earliest collection possible, and the appliance was returned to us. It was tested by a gas-safe registered engineer, the fault was repaired, and the appliance was returned. We are sorry for the time and inconvenience it caused.

“GOT £10.00 CALOR VOUCHER AND NO RETAILERS WOULD TAKE IT”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. All Calor cylinder retailers should accept the Calor €10 voucher supplied with every portable gas heater order. If your local cylinder supplier refuses the cylinder voucher, please call the Calor cylinder team on 01 450 5000, and they will address this with them.

“Needed an independent source of heat after Ireland's appalling response to Storm Eowyn leading me to not trust the Irish state and their eco-ideology. Bottled gas is perfect, I have oil central heating but that needs electricity to work. Carlor delivered my Super Heat Mini 4.2kW within a day. This is a great little heater and exactly meets my needs and needs no electricity! I feel sorry for the mugs who bought the eco-ideology and now need to fear having absolutely no heat when their heatpump has no electricity!”
