“I can’t believe that I received my heater three days before Storm Aowyn and I didn’t know the storm was coming. The delivery driver told me. It was a lifesaver. And generally it has added so much more warmth to my house. At nearly 70 I suddenly started to feel the cold this year. This heater has been my answer, keeping 5 rooms in my new extension toasty. I have had no trouble with condensation or fumes. But I think the building may be very well ventilated. Highly recommended.”

“This heater easy very easy to install. It looks fantastic and is so easy to use, just a click of a switch. It heats up the room very quickly on just the second heat setting so much so that after about 30 minutes I needed to turn it down to it's lowest setting. I would highly recommend this Heater”

“My product arrived like it had been dumped from a 6th floor apartment roof! It was beyond bashed.. I paid for 2 day delivery as our heating is broken but this issue left me waiting 4 days. Calor did replace the broken product but I think they should have offered a discount or partial credit for the inconvenience”

We sent a replacement appliance on a swap-it label, so the courier delivered the replacement and collected the original at the same time. The swap-it service is the quickest available to help resolve it for our customers. We apologise for the time and inconvenience it caused.
