“Very helpful staff when you call them on the phone. The website could improve the written advice for which attachments to use for which gas canister etc- the NI/ Rep Ireland is a bit confusing.”

“Item ordered 6th June. I had to follow up as still not received within the agreed timeline 2 - 5 working days. Item sent via DPD to UK!!! Cancelled order and expected to receive a refund within a week. Still no sign of refund on 23rd June.”

We can see from our records that you have been talking to a member of our Customer Service Team and have recently informed them the parcel was delivered to you despite us recalling it at your request. We can see that a collection has been arranged and a refund will be processed for you. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

“The service from Calor was excellent in terms of the order and dispatch process. I wish that I could say the same about the delivery process through DPD. I had 2 orders from Calor delivered by DPD during the previous few weeks, on both occasions DPD sent me a text with a delivery window indicated, on both occasions I stayed in to able to accept the delivery, on both occasions just before the end of the delivery window their tracking service was amended to say that they had attempted to deliver but I wasn’t in and they hadn’t been able to contact me, both of these entries were complete LIES. On both occasions I contacted the DPD office in Westmeath who arranged for the delivery to be completed that day. It appears that all DPD were doing was to create a paper trail in order to suggest that they were delivering in time when in fact they were not.”
