I bought a gas heater from you and you didn't make it clear that the regulator isn't fit for use in Ireland, since they don't sell gas cylinders in Ireland. I had to go an purchase another regulator and fit it, then 2 weeks later you decided to send me an adapter for it. Bit disappointing.

The day after I ordered I received an email saying my order was shipped and it arrived the following day. A very efficient service and the heater is good too!

Very disappointed with delivery I placed my order on a Tuesday 10th and didn’t get my order till Thursday 19th .Very slow, I needed Gas for Saturday 14th.

The BBQ I ordered had parts missing so I cannot assemble or use. I'm still waiting on the parts with no communication from Calor. I understand that its not Calors fault that the parts were missing from the campingaz box but I would expect to be kept informed of when I should expect to receive the missing parts. Over a week now since I was assured the parts were ordered and I have received no parts or communication from Calor.

The item purchased, a patio heater,was shipped with the incorrect parts. It was only when it was almost completely assembled would you jotice. The incorrect parts make it impossible to complete. What's more when I contacted Calor, they just passed the matter on to the another company stating they don't supply the items. This is very frustrating as one of the reasons for purchasing the item from calor gas direct,was due the reputation of the company. It seems they have washed their hands once the payment has been made.
