“The hose did not fit the hose barbs supplied and was not suitable for the regulator. It was my mistake however your staff should have spotted that I was buying a set of parts that were incompatible.”

“Good product, but wasn’t delivered on time. Despite the response from Calor re 3-4 days, when I ordered online it stated 'order before 12pm for delivery the next day'. My delivery wasn't the next day, it was the day after even though I ordered before 12pm. When I emailed and called to check on the delivery status, I got no response.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see from our records that your order was placed on 7th January and was delivered on 9th January. Our standard free delivery is 3-4 working days and this is stated on our website to inform customers prior to ordering.

“I ordered an item online and it arrived 2 days later, unfortunately there was a small problem with the item and when I emailed them, they immediately arranged to collect the item again and deliver another one in its place, the communication throughout the whole process was excellent, the item itself was excellent and a very good price, overall I am extremely happy with my dealings with Calor and I would certainly recommend them to anyone, great customer service.”

“Unfortunately have to leave a one star review. Ordered a gas burner but it came without the legs. I contacted customer service bu email but am yet to receive a reply 2 wks later. Had to fabricate my own to use the gas hob.”
