“Very efficient, courteous service and prompt delivery. However I am not happy with the heater and would be prepared to return it and pay the extra to purchase a catalytic heater instead. J. Judge”

Thank you for your feedback John, it is very important to us. We accept returns back within 30 days of purchase, however, please note, the product has to be unused and in its original packaging. If the heater is faulty, please contact our customer Service Team and they will resolve this for you.
