The Phyto androgens including the male hormones in the plant need a high concentration of alcohol to be extracted. The alcohol content also facilitates quick absorption from the lining of the mouth and mucus membrane of the stomach. For everyone sensitive to the taste of the alcohol, the best is to mix a single dose 2Ml into 1/4 glass of hot water, let it sit for a minute (that will evaporate some of the alcohol) and then take the water liquid mixture on an empty stomach.
