“Have had my husband and I on the tinctures about a week, now (Ponderosa for me, Lodgepole for him). I am noticing elevated energy and I feel that my brain is firing on all cylinders, again. (that's why I rated at 4) I make us an antioxidant "cocktail" and I add the drops to that, so only taking once a day 5 days per week. I found the sublingual method was a bit too "hot".
