“Good experience from start to finish. Dogs Twiggy and Muffin seem to enjoy wearing them. They keep them nice and dry in the rain and keeps them warm as well. Hope you get a biscuit with your tea. Merry Christmas.”

“I bought 5 toys and one is prettier than the other. I simply loved them but the dogs haven't seen them yet as the items will be placed under the Christmas tree together with the family's gifts. “I have ordered a few items now from you, dog toys & two dog coats. Both orders arrived quickly and although unfortunately one of the dog coats didn't fit one of my dogs, I returned and received a replacement within a week. Very good service and would definitely recommend them to a friend.”

“I recently placed an order for Xmas toys for my 3 dogs but the order went missing in the post. After checking with my sorting office who said they didn't have any outstanding parcels for me, I contacted Patricia at Canine Concepts and she immediately confirmed that she would resend the items to me. They arrived within a few days. The quality of the items is excellent and the same applies to the Customer services as well. Thank you for a fast and positive experience.”

“Bought several Dogs toys ready for Christmas and they arrived very quickly within a couple of days. All toys are excellent very good quality and great value for money they include Petface Christmas Long Legs, Doggy Santa, Raggy dog, knasher dog toy and roped leg reindeer. our dog is going to love each and every one of them!!!”

“Not worth the money. You get two tiny little devices that light up red when my dog barks and it makes no difference, she still keeps on barking every sound she hears!!”

“I was very pleased with my order which arrived quickly . It was exactly what I wanted and of good quality. My puppy loves it, the door is left open and he often goes in to play with his toys in peace and gives me peace at the same time. Thank you”

“Excellent customer service. The colour cover I wanted was out of stock, an alternative was offered by phone so delivery wasn't delayed. Lewis springer loves his new bed, so much better than my sofa! ????”
