“Great service, delivery prompt - delivery company did not complete status of delivery, although parcel was received - Canine Concepts actually followed up to ensure the delivery had arrived. Never had that from any other online shop. Will certainly use them again and can recommend them wholeheartedly!”

Dear Rosemary, Thank you for your feedback. I can see we arranged collection of the incorrect item, but the date you gave us was in the future, which is what delayed the refund. The refund was processed immediately. We apologise for the incorrect item sent. Sadly, we had run out of the larger size and we can see that you need it immediately, so couldn't send you the item in the 3-4 days't time we were expecting them in. “I found the strap that linked the rear to front harness wasnt long enough so Ive used a velcro strip to extend it, also as he as rear muscle wastage he hasnt much weight in that area so the rear strap didnt hold in place and when was lifted his legs were hunched up so Ive attached a strap under the tail across, works well. Good harness great idea just what I needed to help him up. Be interested to know if anyone else had the same issue. the back straps to hold inplace, works well.”

“We bought 3 x Vet Bed Gold on our vets advice as our dog suffers with dust allergies. He loves to snuggle on them - if we move them he moves with them - in his bed - on the settee - on our bed. He does not itch or scratch when lying on them at all. A real improvement for him.”

“hi I must say the dog ramp I purchased off your good selves is absolutely ideal for my two rough collies who Im sorry to say have developed arthritis in their legs so they find the extending ramp a god send I also find it very helpful no more lifting them in and out of the car it is extremely light for such a robust commodity ,if in the future I need any thing further I would have no hesitation in using your quick and efficient services so may I say thank you very much keep up the good work !!!!
