“The item I bought was too big even though I used your guide for size and the Velcro would not work well as my dog is s long haired German Shepard and his hair was too long I could not get it on easily nor could I keep it on him as it was falling off his back”

“I bought non-slip socks as my dog was refusing to walk on the wooden floors at our dog training club. She was unhappy to wear them at first but became more used to them as time went on. She was able to walk on the floor with them on so a great success.”

Dear Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. We did advise you immediately that the manufacturers were out of the medium beds, so they were not available anywhere in the UK. We kept you informed through several emails on the update of the stock situation, which sadly we had no control over. At all times you had the option to cancel the order and get an immediate refund. You still wanted the Xlarge bed , which we sent immediately and upgraded you to next day courier service. We even applied £5 off your order. We do really try our best to provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed. However, we have no control on the manufacturing timescales of products. We can only do so much. We can't work miracles and create medium beds out of nowhere, but we do and have kept you informed , applied discounts and upgraded your despatch delivery. I am sorry you feel that is not good customers service.

“Regrettably we had to return our dog boots since our Staffie Daisy resolutely refused to keep them on. There was no quibbling re a refund and this was credited to my paypal account within a few days. Thank you Canine Concepts.”

“The product is good. But a bit big I did as asked and got the dogs measurements of the dog but the clasp you clip to the collet keeps coming undone and because it's a bit loose she steps out of it so it needs to be improved.”

“My 2 rough collies are taking it in turns to sleep on this raised bed. They love it. Good quality product. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially for older dogs with arthritis. Thanks for replacing the bag it came in so promptly as it was damaged.”
