“Well made doggy boot however was unable to fit onto rear paw with a bandage so was not really of any use but will keep maybe useful in the future”

“Excellent service; I'd definitely buy from Canine Concepts again in future. Their wide ranging stock with clear product descriptions meant I could find what I wanted quickly. The products prices were competitive and I thought the next day delivery service rate was exceptional value. The packages arrived as requested the following day, packaged securely and in perfect condition. I recommend Canine Concepts very highly.”

“Paid extra for a two day service as want item before i went away, it didnt come until three days later. The postage was more to have it on a two day service.”

Dear Mandy, Thank you for your feedback. The priority service you paid for was for 1st class post, which we used to send your parcel. Royal mail advise that it is a 1-2 day service, but sadly that is out of our control once we despatch the item and it is in royal mail's hands. “yes thank you very much sorry I did not write sooner the service was excellent.communication regarding cover was second to none and Samson is enjoying the fact that he now has two beds one for lounging outdoors and another for a good nights sleep indoors we have purchased from canine concepts previous and always felt that Personnel touch and the Quality of goods excellent value, many thanks FROM SAMSON A VERY HAPPY GERMAN SHEPHERD .”

“My dog is particularly reactive around other dogs and we have battled with many training techniques. Mainly trying to get his attention just before he 'flips out' so we can walk calmly past other dogs. This little gadget seems to be doing the trick so far, only time will tell.”

“We bought two whistles at the perfect pitch for our Labradoodle. We are very pleased with the product and she hears the whistle from a long distance. The whistles came well packed in a good time. Many thanks and enjoy your biscuit.”

“Bertie loves his raised K9 bed. He never got the hang of a dog basket, preferring to chew and play with it, but had started to take naps on a foot stool...so the K9 was a great solution as he clearly enjoyed the feeling of being raised up. He is a Norfolk Terrier, so one of the smallest breeds, and we bought a Small size and he has a little space to stretch out. It's robust, yet light, and comes with a handy bag to pack it into and take away with us.”

“An excellent service from Canine Concepts, they even called me to check my post code was correct! The goods I'd ordered arrived on the day they said they would and were well packed (so still in one piece). I would recommend Canine Concepts they do what they say they will do.”

“I appreciate that this is partially my fault but I followed your guidance for measuring for the boots I ordered and basically they're way too big so he can't walk in them. Because they're now used I didn't think I could send them back so basically a complete waste of nearly £40 (inc postage) and I can't afford to make that mistake again so I will find somewhere I can physically take him to have the boots made to measure so to speak. On the plus side the quality of the boots does appear good.”
