“Living abroad we needed to replace a dog crate to fit a new car. Canine Concepts' range of cages show detailed measurements so we were confident which one would actually fit our vehicle. They also responded swiftly to a carriage enquiry we had and once ordered dispatched our cage quickly.”

“Stayed on pretty well considering the mad behaviour of my miniature bull terrier, dashing over rocks, in and out of water and sloppy mud. Tough and protected her sliced pad well. Would have appreciated a bright colour such as red so as to keep a better eye on it to check she hadn't lost it, which she did once in the bracken when I hadn't fastened it tight enough. Overall, very pleased.”

“I have used and recommended Canine Concepts for a number of years. Excellent service I was flooded in December and lost a few cages, ordered a few the other day, wasn't just ready for delivery yet, they kindly agreed to store as long as required. There prices are extremely competitive and along with good service, why look elsewhere. Brian Dogs Listen Up”

“The rug tug arrived and apart from the toy coming undone from the hook thing it's brill. We've list the knot at bottom of toy after 1 day so would say toy not as durable as the pole!! But my dogs still love it. Best thing I brought them for in between walks when we are all in garden entertainment for us all.”

“I wouldn't have mentioned this again, but since you ask for feedback it might prove useful to you. I ordered a large cage and accessories, including a mattress, and paid for next day delivery. My order and payment were both acknowledged, and later I received an email from Yodel advising that the order was in transit. There was no mention anywhere that any of the order wouldn't be arriving. When the goods arrived the order was incomplete as the mattress was missing. I didn't have anything big enough to use in the cage (or I wouldn't have ordered the mattress) but when I asked about the missing item I didn't have the impression that Canine Concepts actually cared. When I pointed out that if I'd known the mattress was out of stock I'd have ordered something else, I was advised: "Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We didn't want to delay your order, as we find that people usually need the crate urgently. I have in the past used old towels initially for puppies as they like cuddling underneath it, but of course you may not have a puppy. There should have been a little note in the sales receipt advising that the matt would follow? Apologies, if there wasn't . I shall raise it with the warehouse." The presence or lack of the note is immaterial - I should have known, when I placed the order, that the mattress was out of stock. There wasn't even any hurry to get the mattress to me when the new stock arrived so I had to wait until the middle of the following week. I'm sorry if this seems petty, but it was very inconvenient. If I hadn't needed everything on the order, the next day, I wouldn't have ordered it. Everything else in the order was absolutely fine, and I have no complaints about it. Thank you.”

“I live in Australia it was easy to order arrived in 7 working days from the time I ordered the garment and it was exactly as the picture and $12 less to purchase from canine concept in uk and get it delivered than buying it in Adelaide”

“My furbaby is a chubby cocker 20kilo and i should of ordered the larger size. (Denial) But after a bit of a wrestle we succeeded in getting him in it. I love the quality and the zip is very strong. Since receiving it we have had wonderful weather in Sydney so i haven't really tested its absorbancy. Received the order wuickly. No problems at all.”

“I am sorry to say I have not had good luck with the MIlo Bowl..if I carry it by the handle it leaks...I have tried carrying it reversed(carrying it upside down)...putting it inside a waterproof knap sack and basically about the only way I can keep it from leaking is to carry it flat...kind of defeats the purpose doesn't it? My shopping experience was fine. I was impressed by the ordering and delivery but I am disappointed in the product.”
