“The crate fits perfectly into the boot of the car. A couple of observations since first using it: the access gates are very small for the Labrador Schnauzer to get through; and secondly it is not possible to open the second gate if the partition is adjusted to fit a smaller dog. If there is some way to work this I would welcome the information. At the moment I find that if I adjust the partition to allow enough area for the larger dog and reduce the area to fit the smaller dog, the partition blocks the gate for the smaller dog. I was attracted to this crate because I understood that it offered the option to fit two dogs of different size. However, it hasn't met that description. I can't see how it is possible to adjust the space using the partition.”

Dear Sally, Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the crate is only meant to be divided equally between both compartments, as the entry doors both have to be the same size. “Well, our dog loves his bed. I like it too. Very easy to assemble. Easy to put the cover on. Cover easy to clean. Easy to hoover under the bed. Easy to move and basically a very good buy indeed. Will be buying more covers - a warm one for the winter and maybe a mesh one for the summer months when our dog gets a bit older and is less likely to think of the mesh as his latest toy!”

“Delivery was on time and no problems with building the crate whatsoever. Crate was, as advertised fit for flight purposes, and we had no issues with UK Authorities regarding this. Would recommend it for anyone planning to travel with pets weighting >30kg.”

“Very quick delivery service and the Trixie organiser bag I purchased is invaluable on dog walks. Fits everything in you need. Only one small criticism is that the waist strap does come loose after a while and is quite difficult to tighten without removing the bag.”

“Good range of products and fast delivery. However I asked a question about a promotion that had been advertised but was not visible on the website when ordering. The response time to this query was really not good. Both email and Facebook messages had to be sent and resent a number of times before a reply was actually received.”
