“Very impressed with this Trixie bicycle trailer. It is well made, sturdy & easy to assemble. Being made in Germany, the flag at the back is on our pavement rather than than traffic side and the trailer sits slightly to the left of my bike which means I have to cycle enough distance from the curb to clear it. Neither of these have proved to be an issue. One of the tyre valves was faulty & Canine Concepts have been very happy to reimburse the replacement that I bought. I first purchased a small size for my working Cocker Spaniel (12kg) which seemed on the snug side but which I have decided to keep. Tried a medium as well, but that was too big with room for her to slide around. She has become accustomed to trailer travelling quickly & we have done a short maiden voyage on our first attempt. She even settled down to a snooze, when not sitting with the smells wafting past her inquisitive nose! Am looking forward to some longer cycles.”

“Some of the items arrived really quickly which was good. However, I have not received the personalised velcro tab for the K9 Harness I bought, so am very disappointed in that. I also purchased two car travel fans. I went out that day and bought batteries (which were not cheap) and it started up and started to slow down within a couple of minutes and then died!!!! So they were a complete waste of money too. I'm not made of money and this was a great disappointment to me.”

Dear Emma, Thank you for your feeback. The customised labels take 6-8 weeks for delivery, as stated in our website. I can see they are with you now and we hope you are happy with them. If you are not happy with the crate fans, then do post them back to us for a refund. Don't forget to state your order number when posting them back to us. You can get a car adaptor for the fans, which is a very good alternative to batteries. Kind regards, Patricia

“Excellent product. Even with a harness my dog kept pulling and choking with the. pressure on his throat. This collar eliminates this and he walks perfectly now. Would recommend this collar to anyone.”

“The customer service I received was excellent. I had a faulty item, which unfortunately, could not be replaced with like for like, but my initial postage charges were refunded and I received a prepaid label in order to return the goods. I was kept informed at all stages.”

“Very poorly made product. Zips were not stitched properly and didn't stay in place. Had to pay 12 quid for the postage to return the item. Have asked for it to be refunded, in particular because it was not my fault that an inferior products was sent. Not even had a further response from CC! I won't be ordering any more products from CC.”

“Ordered the correct size and fitted as per instructions however product does not work on my collie and he can still groom pretty much everywhere. Also paid extra for next day delivery on Wednesday but did not receive item until Saturday. No response after complaints sent so total waste of money”

Dear Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. The collar is only suitable for injuries on the top half of the dog's body, as stated on the website. However, you can return the items for a refund within 30 days, no problem at all. Kind regards, Patricia

“Ordered and paid online, requested express delivery as we needed the item quickly. Very disappointed to come home the following day to a phone message saying the item was out of stock and would not be available within our required timescale. Order was cancelled and our money refunded no problem, but we then had to rush out to find an alternative product. Web site should not give the impression that an item is in stock and available for quick delivery if that is not the case.”

In such cases we make sure we contact you immediately with an alternative or a refund, to ensure you are not left waiting and can purchase from elsewhere if it is urgent. “Delivery time was good. Product (doggie boots for poorly foot) was ok, but not as 'comfortable' a product as I thought it might have been for the requirement and the sizing guidance is a bit out I think. Go larger if in doubt or on the cusp of S/M/L. Other than that, order was executed painlessly & kept up to date with progress. Would use again if I had a requirement.”
