“They initially got my order wrong and sent me the wrong dog bed, but as soon as I wrote to them they responded immediately, sent a courier to collect it, and sent a replacement very quickly. overall, a good experience and i will shop with them again.”

“Really helpful staff . Couldn't find correctly fitting boots for my fox terrier but re submitted drawings and sizes, took advice on different boots and found perfect fit. Thank you.”

“Although I expected a medium size boot to fit my springer spaniel, it slipped off the dog's foot immediately. I then tried a small size which was just about OK provided that it was used over a bandage. A Velcro closure down the front of the boot would have been better than the wrap-around Velcro strap provided.”

“Great communication and customer service! Nothing but good to say about Patricia and Amanda. I ordered the wrong size bed for our Great Dane, but thanks to their most helpful and expedient replies (both e mail and phone), we have received the correct size (bigger!) in time for our holiday. When I next have a doggy need, I'll definitely be back. Daisy and I very happy????????????”

“The customer experience was very good however the product was very poor, I tried a couple of sizes but they just made my dog limp and trip even though the second boot was the correct size they just don't work and a waste of money do not buy them. However do use the website very good”

“A very good introduction to the vet for our new puppy. They were helpful, gentle and very kind. She was not intimidated at all by her first visit and first vaccination. The all in cost was very competitive. Many thanks for a very good service.”

“Very good service. Had trouble doing an online order but after a quick phone call a very helpful lady sorted it all out for me. Ordered 4 dogs beds for new grooming parlour - lovely quality. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Was disappointed by the quality of goods described as 'tuff toys' and didn't expect them to break within 5 minutes of giving them to my puppy. Considering how much I spent I expected them to last longer. When I complained I was told that they would or be refunded. Customer services was disgusting and my feedback is on Facebook and has been passed to others with dogs advising them to not purchase anything from your company.”

Dear Teresa, Thank you for your feedback. As you can understand, some dogs are more destructive than others and we do put very clearly in bold in our sales receipt to supervise the dog when playing with a toy to ensure they are not likely to destroy it. If it looks like they will, then take it away quickly and return it to us in a saleable condiiton and we will refund you for it. But, we cannot refund toys that have been destroyed. We did email you back with some recommendations for more suitable tough toys for your dog. As there are many other options for tough toys for dogs. Kind regards, Patricia

“We have not worn the doggie boot as we can't get it to stay on his foot which is not very good as we bought it to protect his paw. We even took it to our vets and they could not get it to stay on him.”

“Items were as described and can actually pick up power from the 12V adapter in the rear of my car, where I have my working dog cages. Highly recommend to anyone that has dogs that they may need to leave in their car for any length of time.”

“I ordered a harness for my Mum's dog which is the same as we had from Canine Concepts years ago for our own dog. The harness is perfect and makes a real difference, the delivery was prompt and the harness fits perfectly due to the accurate information on Canine Concepts website. I just need a dog of my own now so I can shop there again!!”
