“We re-homed a Field Spaniel from the RSPCA who is "hyper" active and kept damaging his paws making them bleed every time he went out. With no success purchasing in the local shops searched on-line and ordered the Neopaws High Performance boots, which arrived the next day and they have been the BEST. Not once have they fallen off or needed re-adjusting, even with all hard use they have been subjected to. I would recommend them to anyone. Your service was first class”

“Although the actual pads seem to be ok, I was disappointed at the size, too small, so I feel this has been a waste of money. I did measure my poodle correctly, but far too tight.”

“An item that was not in stock and for which there was no intention of restocking was available for purchase. I kept getting emails about a product being in stock again even after I have bought it and there was no way of stopping the emails.”

“The large double crate arrived very quickly so no complaints there- the quality was another matter- for the price I paid. the middle section to split the the crate into two sections is very flimsy and detaches if a dog goes against it. But the biggest flaw was the quality of the joins- there were two joins completely gone and have had to tape to avoid injury. It wouldn't warrant the hassle to return such a large item .”

“Don't hurt your back or knees bending when you groom your dog get this fantastic grooming table ideal for any dog lover,well built and very sturdy,only the best from canine concepts who are a friendly, easy to get in touch with if you need advice or help with a great fast service. “Ordered boots for my sisters old lab who has started dragging his rear paw. However I ordered the wrong size and my brother in-law reordered the next size down before I could return the original pair. The staff at canine concept were great from the start. I got a refund and the next size up were quickly delivered. Oh and the boots for the lab were perfect.. :)”
