“I was very happy that I received an extremely helpful and pleasant phone call about my purchase, with advice based on experience. Definitely five star service. However, the boot I bought was still not ideal - my dog has big sprawly toes and it was difficult to get them into the boot, although it did fit well once they were in. She also needs a longer length for the leg, being a skinny lurcher, very much greyhound type. The boot usually stayed on long enough for the short time she was in the garden, but did come off once, and I wouldn't trust it to stay on as securely as I would like for any length of time. Will definitely use the firm again, though.”

“My dogs only played with it a couple of times then got bored with it.. I don't suppose it helps that the base inserted into the lawn keeps slanting sideways due to the dogs pulling. Bit pricey for what it is, they seems to have more fun with squeaky toys and rope toys than this one.”

“I order my products using this company for my Staff who I imported from the UK all the way to Japan. I think that considering the distance, the parcels always arrive really quickly and the couple of times I got sizes wrong, I have been able to return / exchange items without any fuss. Dear Chris, Thank you for your email. You placed your order near midnight the previous day. We did let you know immediately the next day about only having the blue boots in stock. Sometimes our stock goes wrong, but we immediately keep customers informed so that there is no delay to their order and they can make an informed decision whether to cancel their order or go with another colour. “We bought these leggings to put on our dog at night as he has recently developed a problem with both of his front elbows. Although the product fits very well when our dog is standing, we found it was not such a good fit when he was lying down at night. When lying down we found that the strap across his shoulders slipped down his back and created enough slack to allow the leggings to move down his leg thus exposing his elbows. The quality of the leggings is quite good but, unfortunately, they are not suitable for our needs.”

“Purchased a rubber boot for my dog who had injured his paw. Went for the size recommended but when I tried to put it on him the boot split open. Disapointed with the product but service was very helpful and arranged a partial refund straight away (unfortunately I didn't get back the delivery costs, just the purchase price of the boot) but I will try them again next time I need something”

“Baloo absolutely loves his Hi K9 raised bed. It was as if it was the bed he'd been waiting for!! He has become like a teenager and won't get up in the mornings and has to be prized out of it! As he is a very large Great Dane and weighs 87kg it is extremely important that he is supported well and preferably off the ground so this is perfect. He is very happy with his new bed!”

“Buying boots for a dog was not something I had done before, and the information provided on the website made it easy to establish the right size. Jake's boots fit like a glove (!) although Jake has everyone in stitches when he tries to walk in them. Delivery was prompt and I would definitely use the website again.”

“The boot is well made, but for a Gs who has slimmer paws and longer nails I did find it difficult to get it over her bandages. She had a very nasty cyst which was removed by surgery and unfortunately got a little infected. But all is well now and the boot is safely stored away. Thank you so much for your excellent stock and swift delivery.i”
