“Dog steps are great. Help my aging Russell Terrier continue to climb on and hog the bed. He thought it was a toy at first, and ragged it. I used a little super glue, just to secure the joins. Happy with the speed, packaging and service too. Thanks,”

“The colour I ordered was not available but I was phoned promptly to ask if I wanted to alter my order. Once I had I was told when it would arrive. As it had not arrived several days after the promised date I emailed an enquiry. This was answered very quickly and I was told the article would arrive in a couple of days. Unfortunately I was going away and the order was held back and despatched so that it arrived the day after I returned. I was very impressed with the personal touch and, despite the order not arriving on time initially, I would have no problem with using this company again.”

“Prompt service only slightly spoiled by an unexpected email saying that the order had not been completed. This was soon sorted however and the purchase arrived quickly. The little boots were of good quality and helped to speed up the healing of our dog's paw.”

“Struggled to find a Hurtta Winter Jacket for one of my Border Collies, Many of the other sites said they had some in stock but when I ordered a few Days later they told me they were out of stock, Thank You Canine Concepts, very quick delivery and a Phone call to make sure I had ordered the correct size, Very Good Service, Thanks once again X”

“It did take about a month to receive our collar after it was sent but I feel that was because it was shipping across the globe. Besides that Canine Concepts does good business and their products are of good quality. Good communication as well.”

“My Hajari a Rhodesian Ridgeback comes back to me when ever I use a whistle. Sadly I lost mine somewhere and did a search for a replacement. Looking at several sites selling Acme I came across Canine Concepts and found it difficult to choose which one to have. The Web site is clear and displays these in several colours with concise explanations on each whistle's function. Oh!, which one shall I choose? and in the end it was blue with a matching lanyard. Your service was excellent and the goods arrived in perfect condition to me in France. I am back to being safe with my dogs knowing that they will always be back with me when I call. Thank you Canine Concepts.”
