“Unfortunately, our 11 year labrador reached the third step with his front paws (being tempted by treats) but his hind legs stubbornly remained safely on the ground despite repeated attempts to encourage him! He is well used to going up and down stairs in the house but we have so far not convinced him that it is safe to use the steps/ramp. We haven't given up hope (as we are now restricted if we need to transport him anywhere) and are considering covering the steps with carpeting so he can get a better grip. I think the surface of the steps/ramp would be improved by a carpeted surface - will let you know if this works. In the circumstances it's difficult to give a rating.”

Dear John, Thank you for your email. If you try putting the ramp on the floor to get him used to walking on it and slowly lift one side with a brick, to get used to the angle. You can put treats along the ramp to get him used to the feeling. “ordering from the website was very easy, and navigation to different pages so simple. I ordered 4 different things for our new pup and apart from 1 item being wrong it was rectified without any problem and refund supplied. The only problem I had was with the delivery company Yodel who no matter who I order from don't seem to be able to read an address, and insisted I take it up with Canine Concepts. Sending the wrong item back was no problem and I will deal with you again, thankyou”

“Our dog loves to play with his toys especially tug o war games and this toy certainly lives up to its description i.e. tough and intriguing with the different textures. Would certainly purchase another when he finally destroys this one which he will do in time but it's lasting longer then most. Great value and quick delivery, no complaints from us.”

“The boots I bought fit Charlie really well and he seemed to find them comfortable and easy to walk in. It has helped with his arthritis as there is not as much strain on his legs. A happy dog!”

“the boots failed to stay on at all and any movement they fell off. I taped them on to help but they were shredded and unusable after one day.”

“The ordering was very easy. The item came but I was sent the wrong product I phoned and they sent me return envelope to return the unwanted item along with my correct order which I received within a couple of day. There was no fuss everything was done straight away. The service was brilliant. My dog likes his new boots he will keep them on all day.”

“Kong on/off squeakers was sold as a heavy duty toy, my Labrador had chewed all of the fluffy covering off within 2 days, then proceeded to bite through the whole thing. We're not very pleased with the quality of this item, therefore a very poor review.”
