“Hi i purchased a pet carrier for my rather large dauchshund, unfortunately i had to return it but only because it wasent the right item for my pet. I had misread the weight the carrier could take thinking in lbs instead of kg. The delivery was speedy and the item was adequately packaged. The item was of a good quality and nice colours. I would have kept the item if had a smaller dog. I returned the item and i was refunded my money within a few days. I was emailed to inform me of what was happening which was reassuring. Excellent service and polite friendly helpful staff. I feel confident in purchasing from cainineconcept in the future.????”

“Although dog hated at first he now loves it. A great bed which stops the smell of dog lingering as there's nowhere for it to linger. I would recommend the bed to anyone.”

“The boots are very strong and sturdy but maybe a little heavy as a result. We had to buy the extra large but Bear has one foot smaller than the other but needs to wear both boots otherwise limps worse than ever and the boot on the smaller foot will not stay on. Doesn't help that he sits down as I try to put them on! We will persevere as they are the best and biggest boots we have found and the only ones with a really good sole.”

“Unfortunately we didn't get to use this product fully. Weaver our 14 year old collie had cancer of the bladder and was on treatment for that we purchased this product to help him with his incontinence unfortunately a couple of days after the product arrived Weaver condition deteriorated and we had to have him put to sleep. It was great service we received though in the ordering and quick despatching of the product.”

“This is a great, the circulation seems to keep the water fresher. My dog prefers to drink from bowls / pots or anything else outside but he now uses this bowl quite a lot. If I could change anything about it, it would be the size - it could do with being a little bit smaller in my opinion.”

“Bought a dog cage on line with a 3-5 day delivery. Not only did it arrive the next working day at 08:20 but it was everything we had hoped. We use it in the back of the car with a blanket over the top and sides and our dog has not only stopped leaping around and barking at dogs and people we pass but she now arrives at the destination calm and relaxed.”
