“We bought a Julius k9 power harness size 2 for our female German Shepherd. Its fantastic and is so is to adjust also it's so easy to put on and use. Very sturdy and we'll made. A five star product for a very reasonable price. Liam”

“Sizing issues, measurements for doggy diapers are not accurate so the largest size don't fit as adhesive srip too short. If you want to return goods you have to pay return postage - so I was not impressed about this at all! Especially as it was thier fault - not as described!”

“I ordered a Vari-Sky kennel to transport my puppy from the UK to my home in Denmark and I was on a tight travel schedule. Although it arrived reasonably quickly, I was charged for delivery eventhough the order was over £50 and, more importantly the kennel arrived with broken components and was unusable. It took several attempts to contact Canine Concepts by phone and email and had to source a kennel elsewhere. I then had to chase up to get a refund after the faulty kennel was collected. It made an already stressful situation much more complicated.”

Dear Magda, Thank you for your feedback. You needed the varikennel for next day delivery, which is why you choose to pay the extra for next day shipping. Free delivery is for a 3 day service. You did contact us 3 days after delivery of your parcel, which was Friday. If you had contacted us before then, when you received your parcel , the resolution would have been immediate. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday. The parcel was picked up at your chosen date and you were fully refunded. We can only help when we are advised when there is a problem, during our opening hours. Kind regards, Patricia

“This isn't a problem with Canine Concepts, it's a problem with the item we ordered. It was rather cheaply made, and the £75 dog bed we ordered was destroyed by our dog within 3 days of owning it. Again, not the retailer's fault, but we're not very happy about purchasing such an expensive item that has been completely unfit for purpose.”

“ACME DOG WHISTLES. Title :- Excellent Whistle Comment :- This was purchased as a replacement due to losing original, which was black. The replacement whistle is bright yellow so should be easier to spot if I drop it. Nice clear note which the dog responds to and it is useful when out of sight. I ordered the ribbon lanyard with the whistle but after receiving it changed it for a rope lanyard as I thought it was more substantial, both the ribbon and rope are colour coded to the whistle. The company changed the lanyard without any fuss. Very good company, quick to respond to emails and I will certainly use them again. ULTRA BASKERVILLE DOG MUZZLE Title :- Not hard plastic like some Muzzles. Comment :- This was purchased as a reserve to leave in the car. The Muzzle does what it is supposed to do and the dog can still drink and receive treats etc through it. The plastic is softer than most Muzzles so I prefer this make. Also purchased an extra collar so the Muzzle is attached and ready to go quickly. Very good company, quick to respond to emails and I will certainly use them again. LUPINE MEDIUM DOG COLLARS (3/4 INCH WIDTH) Title : Nice bright Blue coloured Collar. Comment : This was purchased to attach permanently to a Muzzle, it does what it is supposed to do, the clip seems quite strong so should last a few years, not much more one can say. Very good company, quick to respond to emails and I will certainly use them again.”
