“I have 2 Labradors and a Cocker, they love their XL raised pet bed so I bought a 2nd one. We have had it for over 5 years and replaced the cover only once. During this time I have had numerous other 'dog beds' in use in our 'dog room' and they have not lasted so I decided to buy another raised bed, so they have one in the sitting room and one in the utility (Dog room). This one has the mesh cover which is great for keeping them clean as dry mud just falls through the mesh to be easily swept up. Happy dogs all round, and hopefully no more money wasted on inferior dog beds which get wet and smelly. Very fast service, ordered and delivered just before Christmas and lovely courtesy call when the colour requested was not in stock. Thoroughly recommend!”

“The whistle was exactly as described and delivered for Christmas even though it was ordered less than a week before. I only wish that I ordered another one for myself for when I am puppy walking.”

“Very helpful. I ordered the wrong size dog boots, and Patricia (?) organised sending the correct size immediately before I had returned the wrong ones. This meant my dog's injured paw could more easily be kept clean on walks. Thank you.”

“I ordered two dog coats from Canine Concepts. I emailed them after a week because the order hadn't arrived, even though they had been posted quickly after the order was placed. By the end of the morning I had a very nice reply saying that another pair of coats was being sent as a replacement and apologising for the fact that they had got lost, which was hardly the company's fault. The coats arrived quickly afterwards. The original coats never have materialised but I was very impressed by Canine Concepts' response to the problem and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a trustworthy, reliable company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent.”

“We tried a cheaper boot which lasted less than a day. These boots are well made and hard wearing and come in pairs. Struggled to get the size to fit our great dane but these are perfect. Easy to order, great communication and arrived in no time at all. Thanks.”

“I ordered this whistle and lanyard just before Christmas, and it still arrived amazingly quickly. And a great purchase - my young border collie learnt really fast to come to the whistle and responds fantastically, even when she's quite a way off. My son is also very pleased with it, as she comes to him much more quickly than when he calls. I would definitely recommend it for dogs who like to roam away from their owners on a walk.”
