“Awful heads were cut off in both pictures and they sent them to me anyway? Called and was suppose to get a refund which I never did. So disappointed!”

“Terrible experience ordered two canvases heads cut off the top on both! Hard to believe they still mailed them to me, as if anyone wants to hang pictures with the head cut off. After a long phone call I’m still hopeful for a refund! So disappointed ☹️”

“This turned out great. I ordered another one that was cut off. While it is nice, and i did get a message about something about the blurriness, there was no mention about the fit of the picture. That one was of my father, but the top was cut off. I would like some tips of how to provide or order so that they are perfect.”
