Perfect...as usual. Shipped with careful attention to protecting the canvases; printed with perfect exposure and tight grain patterns ( by using a very smooth canvas); perfectly stretched using strong frames—even in the 3/4" format. Sending more images for printing in the days ahead... Well done!

The canvases look okay. For $40 shipping, the boxes shouldn’t have arrived broken. I’m just happy nothing was ruined or scratched.

The design and ordering was fine. When I received my canvas, it had a white frame around the picture instead of the picture picture being full-frame. I am waiting for my re-print to arrive.

Your updated website does not work on mobile devices- there is no option to scale canvases- but proofs don’t show any white space- so you end up with a 12X18 canvas with a 4x6 picture in the middle. I emailed and was told that It was my fault and I would basically be getting a fraction of what I paid. I spoke to someone on the phone- 5 minutes later he was able to see that there is a problem on mobile platforms (all he did was pull out his phone and he could see the problem). Before your company tries to blame the customer (despite their approved proofs being nothing like what was sent) you may want to actually find out what happened before the knee jerk reaction of you can’t have a refund. The man that helped on the phone was lovely- Tamara was the person from email that immediately said it was my fault. Moving on to Shutterfly from now on. I wish I could attach a picture of how awful the canvases looked. It’s sad really.

I just placed my 3rd order because I was so pleased with the first two prints. Orders arrived well packaged and on time. My 3rd order is probably not my last as they've delivered quality products each time.

I did not get what I was expecting. I contacted customer service several times, they sent me the same form email several times and nothing has been resolved. Also, you shipped someone else's canvas to me, I told your customer service that if they sent me a shipping label I would drop it off, but no one has replied to that email in several days, your other customer is going to be sad that they didn't receive their canvas yet. I really wish someone who has authority would call and help me.

Placed order 30 days ago. Have not received shipping info. Called and never get person. Left 2 voicemails and completed 3 email contact request forms with no response. I spent $39.19 & got nothing!
