Your updated website does not work on mobile devices- there is no option to scale canvases- but proofs don’t show any white space- so you end up with a 12X18 canvas with a 4x6 picture in the middle. I emailed and was told that It was my fault and I would basically be getting a fraction of what I paid. I spoke to someone on the phone- 5 minutes later he was able to see that there is a problem on mobile platforms (all he did was pull out his phone and he could see the problem). Before your company tries to blame the customer (despite their approved proofs being nothing like what was sent) you may want to actually find out what happened before the knee jerk reaction of you can’t have a refund. The man that helped on the phone was lovely- Tamara was the person from email that immediately said it was my fault. Moving on to Shutterfly from now on. I wish I could attach a picture of how awful the canvases looked. It’s sad really.

Placed order 30 days ago. Have not received shipping info. Called and never get person. Left 2 voicemails and completed 3 email contact request forms with no response. I spent $39.19 & got nothing!

If I could give a zero I would- emailed me day before estimated delivery and told me one image would not work as it would be too blurry- not sure how that’s not caught early- but this is when it gets good the second canvas that was sent out to me was 95% blank with my tiny picture in the center- how a person/people looked at it and said “yup this is good to ship” is beyond me and that person/people should not be allowed to work there anymore because as a business owner I would be embarrassed. Thank you for ruining a gift now I hope to see my money back soon so I can reorder from a good company

There a white line in the bottom of one picture. Looks terrible. The other one is fine.

My picture did not fit the full canvas. It as centered in the middle of the canvas with white all around the edges. It looked ridiculous. Nothing like they advertise.

very disappointed with their website and i still have not received their shipping confirmation, it has already been 2 weeks. Contacted customer service a few times, they were nice and helpful, but i still have not received the shipping confirmation. I already received the other order which was made at the same time with this order sometime last week. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I will not purchase anything with them in future anymore. Things went bad after they changed the designer, maybe this is the main reason?

Very disappointed this time around. I have at least ten canvas prints I’ve ordered through you. This time around the canvases were stringy. I was literally cutting all the edges that were full of the material not being properly mounted. Besides that, the etched hanger/saw tooth located on the back were put on crooked on the two canvases I ordered.

One of the items shipped was labeled to the completely wrong address. It is sitting in South Carolina when it was supposed to be sent to Colorado.

I can’t track my order and have yet to receive it. Online chat was no help. Shipping rates are ridiculous.

Picture is TOTALLY PIXELED - looks good if your about 40' away! Closer, it looks horrible. Sorry, but I'm throwing them away!

Honestly terrible as a person whose brought a lot of business to the company felt completely disrespected when trying to right the wrong in my order. I had placed my order but had my Florida zip code rather than my California zipcode. Instead of resending My 500 dollar order they would make me reorder while only refunding me $312. Instead of appreciating the business I was bringing they would rather tarnish their name with me for $140 kill fee. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.

I can say that the canvas was delivered a day ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ends. I was very much looking forward to getting the canvas and when I opened the package the image, originally a B&W was considerably darker than the original provided. Additionally, the canvas was stretched crooked. I wasn't granted a reprint, instead they chose to give me a refund. They made that decision for me saying their equipment wouldn't be able to handle ensuring it wasn't crooked. But to get to that point, I had to call, send photos, chat, exchange multiple emails, and call again. A very disappointing experience all around.
