“Very good prices and I love how you can do any size. that being said, when the canvases came, some of the pictures were off-center, not very tightly stretched and some of the teeth for hanging in the back were crooked.”

“Difficult. My image was too large. I corrected that. Then I got to the checkout three times only to have my order dropped and I needed to start over. It seems to have been a problem with using Safari. Firefox worked. I got the canvas print ordered with the help of your customer support. She was helpful. The bill came through with the wrong $ amount. The discount wasn't applied. The wrong amount was debited out of my charge card. I marked "Acceptable" above, because the price was outstanding and I assume the rest will go well. The discount will get reimbursed to me. The work will be delivered by the end of next week. And that it will look good.”

“My order shipped quickly. However, that's part of the problem. I didn't want a mirror wrap, I wanted the sides that were part of my design and I e-mailed customer service immediately when I placed my order. Several days later, after the order was already shipped, I heard back from customer service, who eventually determined they are unable to produce it this way anymore (after having done so last year but with new ownership in the meantime). They refunded my purchase price and were very easy to work with, but I'm disappointed I'll have to find a new vendor. For basic, simple canvases, I'd recommend them wholeheartedly. Just don't expect anything custom.”

“Poor quality, hanging hardware badly installed and partially broken, canvases carelessly wrapped around the corners. The only bright spot was the price.”

“I purchased two canvas prints. One was fine. One was cropped too much. I may use this company again but if I do I will request a proof before printing.”
