“Design and ordering was standard. The final product I received had crooked hangers and the canvas itself was already rubbing pieces of the picture off.”

“The canvas factory is a sham, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They completely messed up my order and refuse to resend it. They spelled everything wrong. Terrible customer service and poor quality place”

“My order was messed up and I cannot reach anyone to get it corrected. The first of 3 pictures I ordered did not come framed. The second two pictures were perfect!!!”

“WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE! FIRST OF ALL IT IS NOT CANVAS! THE IMAGE IT IS NOT ON THE RIGHT PLACE AS IT WAS UPLOADED! WHITE LINES ON THE EDGES! NO COMMUNICATION! WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!”

“Usually I order my canvases from this vendor, but recently I ordered a couple items to display for my photography showcase, and got a $60 1-2 business day shipping purchase. Sadly my items were placed as a 5-7 today order and I was still charged $60. Not only did I not receive my order but I’ve yet to receive a refund for my order. Highly disappointed and very unprofessional. I’ll be sure to check out other vendors as I missed a pivotal opportunity due to this.”

“The website acted up over a 24 hour period so it took 2 days to check out. Then the order arrives and it's wrong. You sent qty 3 16'x20' of the same picture, when I uploaded a different photo for one of the 16x20! I tried the chat and the email customer service and no one is helpful. By no one, I mean not one person responded by email and 1 person responded on chat until I told her there was a problem...then she no longer replied.”
