"The fascinator received did not contain the same colours as advertised (no aqua blue). I complained and they kindly sent me a new one. This however also did not contain the aqua blue as advertised, I had chosen this specifically to go with the blues in my dress.\r\n\r\nThis time when I contacted support I heard nothing for a week, so I emailed again, to be told that they have already sent me the correct one and if I don\u2019t want it I should return it for a refund. I am now left a few days before the event without the fascinator I wanted as they clearly use false advertising in their pictures and do not actually stock the colours they are advertisting.\r\n\r\nUnfortunately I can only upload one photo here which is the original I ordered but did not receive. If you are thinking of ordering this in the hope it contains aqua blue as well as cornflour and navy IT DOES NOT!"
