It says "sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Caprilite" , but I am still 20 quid out of pocket.

“fascinator was fine but not appropriate colour for outfit. I informed caprilite of this and that I was returning it. I sent it within 6 days of receiveing it ,Paid £5.15 for signed delivery of fascinator , carefully wrapped. I received notification from Royal Mail that parcel had been delivered. I have tried to notify caprilite twice and still have not received any email from them , and certainly not any refund.
I could not have been more careful in returning this purchase. I still would appreciate my refund .”
“The fascinator received did not contain the same colours as advertised (no aqua blue). I complained and they kindly sent me a new one. This however also did not contain the aqua blue as advertised, I had chosen this specifically to go with the blues in my dress.
This time when I contacted support I heard nothing for a week, so I emailed again, to be told that they have already sent me the correct one and if I don’t want it I should return it for a refund. I am now left a few days before the event without the fascinator I wanted as they clearly use false advertising in their pictures and do not actually stock the colours they are advertisting.
Unfortunately I can only upload one photo here which is the original I ordered but did not receive. If you are thinking of ordering this in the hope it contains aqua blue as well as cornflour and navy IT DOES NOT!”
“I have returned my fascinator as it did not match the photo. I was emailed 16 days ago saying that I would be refunded within 10 days. I have still not been refunded and despite having sent three emails I've not had any reply. I'm very disappointed with the poor service I've received.”
“I ordered two hatinators, one I want to keep and one to send back. I've tried three times to create a return as instructed, but unsuccessfully. I've contacted customer service who [1] send a template reply with the same instructions and [2] are taking over 24 hours to answer each time.
Very frustrating experience, other suppliers are much more user friendly and intuitive.”
“I ordered 3 fascinators , I kept 2 - I needed to return the third and it cost £5.39- very poor customer service they don’t care how much return cost - I got an email saying buyer pays for return -I feel £5.39 return is a lot on a £19.99 item - it makes you think they are trying to put you off returning goods”
