“They bit off more than they can chew and I don't recommend.They aren't a bed company and it shows.
They will give you the solid wood they say they will and the cut outs are basically correct, but it's not exact. The wood is only planed, not sanded, so you'll have to do that before finishing correctly. There was quite a bit of filler caked on in places just unsanded. They choose terrible spots to place boards for the headboard so imperfections and filler become the focal point. And most importantly, the center support DOES flex. I asked them about it before purchase and they claimed it doesn't but it does. The cut outs for the slats reduce strength enough that it will flex and bow. There needs to be a supprt leg.
Lastly, communinication was OK before purchase but not good after. I initiated a retun and they responded briefly but dropped off after, leaving me unable to return the bed. Emailed them twice to follow up and they just never responded. So know what you're getting into. It's a very expensive DIY situation that is too much risk and too little reward.”
