I think this is the last I will buy anything from Carousel Checks. My bank charges the same amount with added protections.”

“I have ordered check before with no problem. My last order didn't arrive two weeks after the order was placed. I inquired on their website and someone called the next day saying that orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico were flagged for insufficient postage. The person I spoke with claimed that was not the case. They reprinted my order and said theywould send it out on a different carrier. That took over two weeks to arrive. The worse thing is my initial order is unaccounted for. No communicatio as wether it was sent back or is lost somewhere with my info.

“Customer service is excellent, however the quality of the replacement self ink stamp is poor.
Cannot read most the bank numbers as they run together. They need to be larger.
I had to throw the replacement away.
The checks would be perfect if the perforation was better as they are quite hard to tear.
Everything did arrive fast.”
“This is the 2nd time that the delivery time was later than estimated even when paying the extra fee for faster delivery. It has been 9 days so far without delivery. It would have been faster using USPS instead of DHL. Won't be using Carousel in the future.”

Since you selected Ground shipping, which typically takes 6-9 business days, your order was delivered on November 8, 2024 — 4 business days after it shipped, which falls within the expected delivery window.
If you're looking for faster processing and shipping in the future, I would recommend selecting our Plant Rush option, which reduces the production time by 2 days. Additionally, we offer expedited shipping methods for quicker delivery.
