“East booking from start to finish, all vouchers sent online for printing. arrival at Sanford, no dramas, car was waiting when we completed the paperwork, the car we ordered was not the car we received, it was an equivalent which I was more than happy with. Would I book again the future, yes I would.”

“The 121 car rental site was very straightforward to use and made it plain that there were no hidden extras, including late night pickup fees and breakdown cover. The only criticism I would have is the number of times that I am being pressed to take the extra insurance cover, and think that it would be beneficial to your customers to have the opportunity to tell you that they already have a policy that covers the extras. This is not a criticism of your company but rather the industry in general, but I would like to say that I do have the policy.🤔”
