“I was happy booking the car as it was cheaper than others. But at the time of picking the car there was 240pounds additional charge for some insurance. I bindly booked the car assuming that the 40pounds insurance will cover the insurance.”

“If cancel they have a hefty admin fee. Why so many euros just to cancel? Hidden in terms and conditions. Rip off operator, hidden charges. AVOID!”

“While the booking process was easy, it was only after I'd completed the payment that I was notified that I'd receive my voucher within 72 hours. That would be ok except I was planning on picking up the car in 48 hours. If that was displayed on the website prior to me paying then it wasn't obvious and I certainly not have gone ahead with the booking. Furthermore, if I cancel I will have to contact the insurance company separately to get a refund for the additional insurance I took out. There was a further message regarding availability - there may not even be a car available for me! Again that wasn't displayed until after payment had been taken from my card!!! That is a very poor experience for me. I expect better and as a consequence I will not use this amateur "service" again.”
