“Easy to book and collect etc. although Budget had long queues at the airport - only one staff member dealing with Budget and Avis, but CR good. No problems encountered online and great reminders, too.”

“The easiest out of 4 websites tried and the only one that offered what I wanted. It allowed lots of specific requirements such as automatic, aircon, Full to Full fuel policy and different pick-up and drop-off.. It would have been even better if it had clearly stated, on the first offer page, that full payment was upfront, at booking.”

“Quick and easy process, with hopefully no hidden charges, although when making the booking, once I had entered my address details which are in China, the site switched to Chinese language and currency and I couldn't find away to switch back to English & GBP. luckily as a Brit living in China I am used to things like this and continued using the google translate app on my phone. hope it was accurate and all goes to plan:)”
