“Have only put GOOD just now till we see how actual car hire goes!! Then might upgrade to very good. Forgot password - very easy to have it reset - so that was good.”

“Great service and communication - still have a problem with this excess insurance malarkey. why does it exist. The price should include all insurance costs. It's just another Ryan Air type scam to offer a cheaper price and frighten people into spending more”

“Quick and effective and one of the few sites that mentioned the new requirement to get a code from DVLA. I just hope the experience when picking the car up does not spoil the initial booking process. As always though the Insurance cover needs checking and specialist 3rd party Companies usually provide better and more competitive cover.”

“No problem hiring the vehicle etc, found the site easy to navigate. If I get to my destination and everything is ok would give five stars andl use the site again. Time will tell!”

“I don't like the fact that they cannot guarantee no additional charges will be added. Although it says they should not be, it also states that local providers may add additional local charges.”
