“when the enquiry is submitted it is not clear from whom the response will come. The quotation value was greater than that given on C2B by the first lease company I contacted. I was advised this was possibly due to an interest rate change which had yet to be implemented by C2B. The second lease company had no knowledge of any interest change; they also phoned me as soon as I had submitted the enquiry form to discuss it. The enquiry form could not be submitted without accepting all cookies and it took 3 goes before I was accepted as human and not a robot. NOTE: this review refers to 2 companies (see note below). the 4 star review is for the second company.”
