“I have entered into an agreement with a company on the recommended list of providers for the provision of a new personal lease car. This company seems to have ceased trading and I am unable to make contact with them. My broker fee has been paid to the company and I am unable to recover the payment. This leaves me out of pocket and back to square 1.”
