“3rd time I have bought a phone case, this time the print starts to be removed after just 1 month of use and this is not covered by the warranty. The cases are not worth $70.
My previous cases have started to broke down after 1 year of use, which still isn't that long considering the price we pay. This is certainly the last time I buy from them, considering the poor quality and the poor customer service/warranty.”
“ordered the Dancing Dolphins case from the Lisa Frank collection. one thing about Lisa Frank is its allllll about the neon. the collection claims that the cases all add a “vibrant pop of color” and the picture makes the color look nice and bright. yet my phone case arrived and this is not at all the case. the color is not vibrant at all- it looks as though they took the image, put a dimming filter over it and THEN printed it. the design is still great but i am very disappointed in the color quality and the way the picture made it look way brighter than it is in actuality. i will not order another case from this company again.”
“Casetify did not comply with UK statutory rights in dealing with my order. They sent me a different product to the one I ordered (wrong size). Despite the fulfilment error being theirs, I had to send the item back at my own cost. I've had extensive communications with the customer service team to be refunded this amount, to no avail. To give them credit, they have refunded the original purchase price and offered a Casetify credit for the shipping (a useless gesture). I am out only a small amount in the end (£4), but it's the principle of the matter. Also, it wasn't clear to me when ordering that the order was not going to ship from the UK, so the order took longer to arrive than I'd hoped. I would not order from this company again.”
