Hello I have received 3 phone calls on my mobile (08009529939) I answered the 3rd one and a person on the other end wanted all my personal details which I refuse to give. I felt that this person was not happy with me at all. I googled this number but not a lot actually comes up, so I felt that I was correct not to give my personal details out - over the phone I then called YOUR number (08005191030) to tell you what had just happened. To my amazement the chap on the phone said I should of given my details out as you were trying to contact regarding my NCB (Which I have now sent on line) I said the your chap, would you gave YOUR personal details out over the phone without knowing who it was ? He replied YES ! I replied '' More fool you '' Your telephone call to me and the person I called at Castle Cover could actually stop people from using you in the furfure. As a business owner myself, I thought you would like some feedback Kind regards Neil

Got my details wrong because staff did not look at my details and it cost me £25 to put right !

I have cancelled my insurance policy as from the 29/12/15 as every year you put up my policy and i fill that it should not go up as much you have put it by i am sorry this is the reason that i will cancel it on the 29/ 12/15 yours Brian Seal

Very frustrating. Accepted my money for the insurance then lead me to setup my account then informed me I had timed out. Couldn't access to go further as I had not registered!!!! Not a good loop. However rang help line very helpful person sorted Thier problem, but it all took over one hour.

I,m trying to find my policy booklet ?????????????. In 60 years of buying car insurance in the past all I have done is get a quote, pay,s my money, documents arrive in the post. job done. Why all this manage my account ???. I don.t want to manage anything, all I want is insurance cover, full stop. Patrick Hughes

I have been frustrated with creating my online account which led me to having to call Castle to sort out. I uploaded proof of my NCB, but still got requests for the document. I email it across to Castle, but was sent further requests. I emailed it a third time before it was accepted. Then I wanted to make a small change on the policy. The website portal is very difficult to understand and despite Castle trying to explain where edit button was, when I showed them screenshots of what I was seeing they conceded that it was not there! They then asked me to call the Portal Helpdesk so that they could assist. I still was not shown where the edit button was, but the gentleman I spoke to did change my details himself. I think everything is sorted out now, although the insurance has not actually started yet! I was very closing to cancelling. A frustrating experience - I hope I don't have a claim! Initially I was satisfied with the quote given and paid for the motor Insurance, however after providing documents as requested, the service was poor, no initiative or common sense but causing unnecessary stress. I just wish I had gone somewhere else!

Found it very difficult buying car insurance for the first time online òlder people can get confused especially when two cars are involved and no claims comes into play being only allowed on one car needs to be explained better

I missed a request for information as they send ALL correspondence out in envelopes marked 'Your Policy Documents' which resulted in my policy being cancelled and I then had to pay more money to reinstate. This made the years' insurance more than the other quotes I had. Very poor customer service. Definitely no renewing with them.
