VERY POOR i decided to insure with ageas through these people ,i have in the past with no problems but this time i had a badly trained opperative that had no idea what he was doing ,i rang off to hopefully speak to a second male at castle cover , hopeless in the end i spoke to a third male that was polite and knew his insurance , was helpfull. Castle cover train your phone opperative they are rude slow uninformed , surely it will cost you custmers, im insured with you for 12 mnths but next year i look elswhere.

Very unhappy. Have had reasonably priced home insurance with CastleCover for several years and suddenly this year's quote has literally doubled, though nothing has changed and we have never made a claim. I phoned to check if this was a mistake but they were unable to come anywhere near last year's quotation. Very disappointed.

I am still disgusted that an organisation like Castle admits it failed to send me an insurance renewal notification, effectively leaving me uninsured! This was blamed on "a computer error" - this doesn't stand as an excuse in 2016 - maybe 20 years ago! I did renew this year for convenience - but my confidence in your company has been severely shaken - if there is a repeat of this type in the future I will cease my dealings with your organisation.

Castle Cover have sent me a letter today to tell me my Motor Insurance will be renewed in three weeks with an increased premium, no telephone call or discussion. I will be looking for alternative quotes before I allow them to implement this high handed action.

I had forgotten to renew my home insurance and rang 6 days after my renewal date. When I rang a was put through to the wrong department 3 times one of these was even the wrong company. Fortunately the person that rang me back the next day was very helpful and sorted me out quickly as my main thought at this time was to change companies.

Our house policy is due for renewal on 5/4/16 have been in contact with castle cover re- same have not agreed to renew as of yet as I am checking with other companies

There were problems due to your changing computer systems which resulted in multiple quotes art different prices and specified items being left out. However these problems were eventually sorted

When I received a renewal letter I found a cheaper quote on a "compare" website. I then phoned & told your company but was told my renewal premium couldn't be changed. Fair enough - so I've switched to save money!!!

When you write to remind me that my insurance needs renewing, you do not state by how much the premium is being increased. I am just too idle to check; but I am sure that I am being diddled by a sharp rise, and that you are playing a dirty trick on an old fool. Please inform me : by how much are you increasing the premium?

I have received a quotation from you for the renewal of my car insurance which indicates a 40% increase on my premium for 2015. As I have not had any claims last year will you please explain how you justify such an offer TA Burke

I have been a customer for quite a while, the last two calls to renew have been a pain, I have silly quotes for contents. I rang to renew to explain this and the man went to see his manager and said he would be a couple of minutes, 15 minutes later, had not returned I got fed up and ended the call. next day tried again different person, tried to explain but same thing got to see manager, came back to say she had to ring head office so took my number and said she would ring back witch she did and was told yes quote wrong anyhow I did renew but if it happens next time I will think about finding another company. I have to say that up to these last two years I have had no problems.

I didnt actually agree to continue my cover Its gone up by nearly 10% so rang to find out why I have also been offered cover from my car insurance people Saga Its exactly the same as my old cover with you but told the person on the phone that I would rather stick with you if you kept it at the same price as last year Was told they could only knock off £10 annually which wasnt acceptable to me Didnt get the impression they cared to much if I left you

I paid the renewal fee by credit card.When I received the policy papers it stated that the payments would be taken by monthly direct debits. On contacting Castle Cover they confirmed the full payment had been taken and would cancel the DD. I asked a further question and was told the information was on page 18. I pointed out that my documents ended at page 10 !! I asked to be sent the correct papers. After 7 days I am still waiting for the correct papers !!

Considering i have been with Castle Cover for a no of years your renewal figure was just embarassing. Several other reputable companies gave me prices 200£ less than yours! So much for loyalty!

set up insurance on 13/12 cannot acces site to get certificate tried loads times tried the email an would not deliver need help

Not a very impressive company to deal with. They misunderstood my intentions v.v transferring, at a later date, ownership of the car I was trying to insure and promptly cancelled the application on the grounds that they only dealt with 12 month policies and as I was "getting rid of it shortly", it did not 'fit' their profile. Had they listened to what I intended to do, they would have realised that the car, once my son has passed his test, would gain ownership of the vehicle and at that stage, and ONLY at that stage. I got exactly what I wanted for a far better price and with a very clear understanding of my exact intentions ( no problem at all ) with LV!

Up until this time I have been very happy with your service but I feel let down now. I renewed my insurance with you on Thursday while my car was being MOTed and found out afterwards that it wasn't worth repairing. I managed to get another car, and was under the impression that the premium would be about the same, so was very disappointed on having to pay an extra £100! This has seriously affected my Christmas. I had been recommending your insurance to my friends, and via my Facebook page I have access to about 2,000 people who I can directly influence, but now I don't feel like I can recommend you any more, and will certainly be looking around next year for potentially another service.
