“Price, delivery time and customer service from CatFlaps.co.uk was excellent. First time I have used them, would not hesitate to order again. The Catamate catflap is excellent too. We have had the same model for the last 15 years, but it was showing signs of wear (understandably) and needed an update. The new version has an improved locking mechanism design, which prevents the accidental operation of the entry/exit lock buttons. This is a really useful enhancement that removes the possibility of your cat either being locked out, or worse, locked in as our conservatory can get ridiculously hot on sunny days. Excellent design overall. Hope this one lasts another 15 years :)”

“very fast delivery product was to replace existing one I bought years ago used all the existing holes fitted in minutes.After a few days I was emailed to write a review but I didn't.After a few more days another email asking if everything is ok.Nice to see a company thats actually concerned if your happy or not.”

“I was delighted with the overall service and speed of delivery. The product (anti bark collar) also lived up to the description and reviews. I felt the website could have offered slightly more detail in product description and I had to go to brand website for more info. That aside I would definitely use Catflaps again. Good job.”

“I ordered and paid for two cat flaps and although the paper in the parcel said quantity 2, there was only one cat flap in the package. I tried to phone the company on a number of occasions and not once did anyone answer their phone even when left to ring and ring and ring. I also sent a message on the website and I'm still waiting for someone to respond. I have since reported this to paypal.”

“We bought this product as a direct replacement, so we knew what to expect. The new catflap is an improvement on the old one, the draught excluder brushes on the sides are a good idea and the magnet at the base of the flap keeps it shut. The unit arrived very quickly after ordering - good service.”
