“The quality of the door seems good and the delivery was very efficient. However two problems. There is a nasty black sticker on the top which doesn't peel off or remove with specialist sticky stuff remover. Eventually rubbed it off with WD40 but the ink has left a faint grey stain. Don't want to risk using bleach. So unnecessary when peelable stickers are available. The second more serious problem is that the door protrudes significantly further than the standard model such that our kitchen drawer at 90 deg alongside will not open! We didn't notice this before installation and didn't occur to us the unit might be thicker than the standard model we replaced. The specification does not state the protrusion distance from the wall. We either have to purchase another standard model or put back the old tatty one. Hope this helps other customers.”

“Cat flap looks great. Really easy to fit. It is very quiet, you can barely hear the cats going in and out. I can't confirm if it is draught free because the weather is not windy/ cold but the seal seems good.”

“The cap flap arrived in good time, was easy to fit into a glass door (previously cut to correct size) and works well despite our cat having a 972xxxxxxxxx chip. The hardest thing was buying it in the first place. I think the website needs work!”

“Your delivery process leaves a lot to be desired. I have just obtained your product so haven't had the opportunity to fit and try it yet. However I found having to sign for the delivery to be extremely awkward. I am never at home during the day and have no neighbours. I had to drive a 50 mile return journey to collect my parcel and finding the actual depot was also problematic as it wasn't signposted (it is located behind an old factory estate which is a wasteland) and due to automated answering system I could not contact them to find the place. It took 45 minutes to find them. This is the only time I have experienced this level of inconvenience for obtaining a purchase bought on-line.”
