“Great prices, though the items I required were not in stock and they failed to let me know. I had to call in and find out myself, as a result it took a couple of extra days on the delivery. When parts did come in they were dispatched next day at no extra cost, so can't complain too much!”

“Took nearly 4 weeks for my cat flap to arrive. I had to chase up my order a couple of times and calls were not returned. If an item is not in stock it should clearly state this on the website as I could have ordered the same product elsewhere and got it much sooner. Would not recommend.”

“Greet value. Prompt Delivery. My current was originally feral and doesnt like wearing a collar. He is also put off by the noise and so we taped the magnet down and it has stayed that way. I think it is a good flap but took a few days to get him to use it without the collar and so I dont think other cats would! Good product though despite as not using the magnet. I was worried if he doesnt line up the collar exactly in the right place, it wouldnt open.”

“I wanted an exact replacement for the 10 year old catflap that Jeff the cat had demolished when we left it accidentally locked! Catflaps.co.uk had the one we needed at an unbelievably low price. Ordered late afternoon hoping that I would have it quickly as rain was blowing through the hole in the door. I couldn't believe it when it arrived before lunchtime next day. Great price, great service, great delivery speed. Brilliant.”

“I had bought a battery powered cat flap, as other cats were entering our house. The battery was only lasting about five weeks. So bought a petporte mains powered cat flap. I am surprised that the default setting bleeps when cat goes thru, but since setting to silent mode cat uses it no trouble.”

“I have rated this as a poor product, firstly because putting it together was quite tricky ( we were replacing an old cat flap that any old cat could come through) to a microchip. Our cat has not been able to go out or in on his own as he doesn't like the clicking noise, he's quite timid. There is no digital display, just two buttons which do various different things but you have to work out how many times you need to press them and listen out for beeps. In this day and age of the digital world I was expecting something a little more hi tech and a little less clunky without a big scanning porch! Plus now when we encourage our cat to go out through it (by opening the flap a little) he will go through but the flap doesn't shut behind him as it gets stuck!!! A complete waste of time because now we are back to 'any old cat coming through!'”
