“The delivery was delayed by stock problems but were kept informed which was great. When the delivery arrived the packaging was damaged because it was a fairly large box but only packed in a plastic bag. Not a big problem though.”

“Ordered the microchip cat flap - excellent service and product. Easily installed - only downside is the cat hasn't read the instructions on how to get through it!! Easily rectified with cat sweets and a gentle shove to encourage him to see the great outdoors!!”

“Excellent product @ a very good price. The supplier miss spelt my address, so there was a small delay in receiving the catflaps. However they had the courtesy to phone & email me to let me know of the delivery problem, they then went on to send it by next day courier (to their expense). Very easy to install however I would suggest adding silicon to the back of the cat flap & around the sleave through the external door to reduce drafts & water coming in. Also I would check what type of door you have b4 cutting it with a jigsaw. A sharp Stanley knife is sufficient for most laminate plywood internal doors. Overall an excellent product with 2nd to none customer service. I would buy again from them & recommend. LT”

“I was pretty disappointed with my delivery as it was sent to my work address but had no name on the label. Since I work in an office block, they didn't know that it was intended for me and I only found the delivery days later when I asked if anything had been received for me at reception. Pretty poor”
